Return Policy

 

What is your return policy?

Within the first 30 days after receiving your FIRST ORDER, if you are not satisfied with Black Dahlia products, call us at 1 (877) 342-4888 M-F 9am – 5pm PST. After hearing from you, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

If you leave a message, we will respond within 24 hours with a RA#. In addition, we will also provide you a return address. After you receive this information, you may send us the unused portion of the product with the RA# to the return address.  Please include both opened and/or unopened product.

After receiving the returned product, we will issue you a full refund to your payment method less shipping costs.

When ordering products that are temperature sensitive, such as chocolate bonbons, if your destination city’s temperature is 70°F or warmer, please choose 2-Day or Overnight shipping options when checking out. We package these shipments in an insulated container with ice packs to protect your chocolate. If you have chosen ground shipping and not either 2-Day or Overnight options, we are not responsible if the chocolates arrive melted and cannot offer a refund. 

What are the shipping options and where do you deliver?

We ship orders via US Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).  We offer these shipping options:

USPS First Class Mail (arrives in 1-5 days)
USPS Priority Mail (arrives in 1-3 days)
UPS 2-Day (arrives in 2 days)
UPS Overnight (arrives next day)

We process and ship all orders of stocked items within one business day. Shipping takes place Monday through Friday for most items.  Products that are temperature sensitive, such as chocolate bonbons, may not be shipped over the weekend to avoid risk of prolonged exposure to high temperatures.

We ship orders by default with a tracking number. When we ship your items, we will also email you the tracking number. However, tracking numbers are activated within the USPS tracking system within 24-48 hours. In some cases, the tracking progress may not be updated until AFTER delivery. This situation is more likely to occur for Priority Mail shipments.

We ship to most states in the United States. However, we currently do not ship internationally.

Where are your products made?

We work closely with US hemp farmers in accordance with the US 2014 Farm Bill. Moreover, we manufacture all of our products in the USA and most in a cGMP compliant facility. As such, we are proud to maintain the highest quality for our products.
